Les desserts sans sucre ou low carb sont difficiles à trouver & souvent la texture n'est pas optimale! Sans farce, les gâteaux/cupcakes de Petit Cake Mtl détrônent tous ceux que j'ai déjà manger, réguliers également. La texture est parfaite, les saveurs sont exquises, le service est impeccable! Faisant un diabète gestationel, j'ai fais le déplacement ce jour pour tester les pâtisserie sans sucre. Le cheesecake & les cupcakes sont délicieux. Vraiment pas déçu & en effet pas de pique de glycémie apres
