Bonjour,
J'ai commandé chez Petinos via DoorDash & j'ai trouvé un ver dans ma nourriture.
Les photos sont disponibles.
C'est inacceptable & dangereux pour la santé.
Une plainte a été faite & je demande un remboursement immédiat.

Grande déception lors de mon déjeuner avec mon fils.
Le service de l'hôtesse a été d'une agressivité totalement inexpliquée.

Nous attendions une banquette depuis environ 10 minutes. Une table temporaire nous avait été attribuée en attendant qu'une banquette se libère. Lorsque les clients sont partis, nous nous sommes levés comme convenu, mais l'hôtesse est arrivée en criant devant tout le restaurant, disant que la table était pour quelqu'un d'autre, sans aucune explication calme ou professionnelle.

Elle a ensuite lancé le menu sur la table, pointé mon fils du doigt & parlé sur un ton très déplacé. J'ai dû lui demander de baisser le ton & de respecter mon fils. La situation était très malaisante pour tout le monde, incluant la serveuse, qui semblait elle-même inconfortable.

À noter que la serveuse, elle, a été d'une grande délicatesse & très professionnelle , rien à redire de son côté.

Une dame assise près de nous nous a même confié avoir vécu une situation semblable, son mari s'étant fait réprimander de façon brusque pour s'être assis au mauvais endroit.

Un comportement comme celui-ci, surtout venant d'une personne en position d'autorité (propriétaire), est inacceptable & gâche complètement l'expérience.

Petit bémol in a trouvé un cheveux dans notre plat
Mais le plat a été directement remplacé
Merci aux services pour la prise en charge sinon c'était super bon
