Perogie Lili presents a cozy, welcoming spot with homemade Ukrainian fare that tastes like comfort. Pierogies are generously filled and richly flavored, with varieties including potato and cheddar, cabbage and potato, and cherry, often enjoyed with sour cream, dill, and caramelized onions. The borsch is hearty and flavorful, and the menu offers vegetarian options alongside meaty favorites, all at fair prices. The atmosphere is warm and homely, with friendly service and a charming vibe that makes it easy to linger or grab a quick bite to go.
Absolutely the best place for homemade-style dumplings! The flavors were comforting, just like home. The service was top-notch-friendly, attentive & warm. Thank you for creating such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back🤗

This is one of the best Ukrainian restaurant I've visited, it's truly authentic & delicious! The warm welcome & calm ambience make the dining experience even better. Highly recommend!
Stopped by for lunch the other day. Upon entering, we were impressed by the cleanliness & delicious scents of something yummy being cooked in the kitchen. We were greeted by 2 very friendly & helpful ladies who explained the choices available. I had the meat filled & my sweetie had the potato cheese. Both came covered in caramelized onions & sour cream. Yumm. The fireweed tea is not to be overlooked, the perfect accompaniment. & it would be a shame to not try the sour cherry perogies, oh my!
It's definitely worth the trip & we are looking forward to another visit.

Delicious perogies, using the family recipes of Grandma Lili, a Ukrainian who emigrated to Montreal in the 1950s. Well worth a visit if you are in Montreal! I had ones stuffed with cabbage & topped with wild mushrooms - terrific!

I visited Ukraine Restoran Perogie Lili with friends & was pleasantly surprised by the warm atmosphere & the incredible quality of the food. It immediately reminded me of how my mom used to cook-the smell, the taste, everything felt so authentic.
The borsch was rich & flavorful, & the Carpathian tea added a perfect cozy touch. I tried the perogies with potato & cheese, & they were soft, perfectly cooked, & full of taste. I also tried the meat ones-absolutely delicious. The chef really knows what they're doing.
This place offers a true homemade Ukrainian taste. Easily the best I've had so far. Highly recommend!
Hidden gem spot in Mile end for authentic Ukrainian food, highly recommend! Try the freshly made borscht & varenyky (potato & cheese, cherry for dessert)
What a great addition to the Mile End food scene! The potato perogies with onions, sour cream, & dill are absolutely fabulous. A true classic like mamma used to make!
& the sweet cheese perogies are equally delicious! 😋 Friendly staff & creative artwork round up this must go to place!
Had some yesterday. Probably going to get more today! I can't stop thinking of them. Get the cheddar perogies with sour cream, caramelized onion, bacon & dill. You won't regret :)
