Review Summary

Perogie Lili presents a cozy, welcoming spot with homemade Ukrainian fare that tastes like comfort. Pierogies are generously filled and richly flavored, with varieties including potato and cheddar, cabbage and potato, and cherry, often enjoyed with sour cream, dill, and caramelized onions. The borsch is hearty and flavorful, and the menu offers vegetarian options alongside meaty favorites, all at fair prices. The atmosphere is warm and homely, with friendly service and a charming vibe that makes it easy to linger or grab a quick bite to go.

Visited this Ukrainian perogies place for lunch. The server was welcoming & explained the menu well. I ordered a trio with borscht, salad, & six viande gourmande perogies with sour cream & onions, & they were kind enough to let me try a potato & cheddar one for free :)

The food was fresh, warm, full of flavour, & really comforting, with a homemade feel. There's enough space to sit & eat at the counter on stools. Overall, it's a cozy spot with nice music & friendly staff.

best perogies I've ever had & the staff is so sweet & kind. 5 dollar gnocchi down the street is classic but I highly recommend coming here instead

Perogie Lili - Montreal

Nice, cozy place with simple but well-done décor & friendly service. It was our first time trying perogies & they fully met expectations: soft, fresh, & very tasty. Good portions & fair prices for the quality. Definitely a spot worth coming back to try more flavours.

Second time ordering here & it truly is the best perogies you could ever have. The wild mushrooms & bacon combination is a 10/10, & it's worth the extra cost to get them fried. Friendly, great atmosphere, thank you :)

We don't deserve Perogie Lili 😭

Not a fan. Perogies were very very mushy with a potato mash inside that was far too smooth, creamy, & oily. The onions were also sooooo soooo greasy! I felt sick after eating only a few

The borscht was good though. Could definitely use more flavour, but it's a pretty cozy soup.

Overall meh! Wouldn't eat here again

Absolutely loved both the food & the atmosphere! The perogies tasted just like the ones from my childhood - so comforting & authentic. The staff were friendly, attentive, & genuinely seemed to care about their customers. A wonderful experience overall - can't wait to come back to try other flavors!

By FAR my favorite place I ate while visiting Montreal! I can't recommend this place enough, definitely stop by for a bite.

The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly. There's a lovely little patio to sit at outside the shop.

10/10 perogies. I ordered the patates/ cheddar, a portion of 6 perogies for $11.
The potatoes were smooth & creamy & the cheddar taste was sharp & perfect. I wish I could have taken them home with me!

I'm probably a little spoiled as my mom made some of the best perogies ever but I found them ok a little on the mushy side a little light on the cheddar but the toppings were excellent
