Tout est toujours très bon. J ai un gros bémol a y ajouter. Plus jamais de pré-commande pour Noël. Grosse déception. La bûche café & le gâteau Velvet n' étaient plus frais,trop sec. Je suis rester avec les 3/4 de chaque gâteau. On étais 21 à table.
The food is always fresh & so good ! The customer service is A1 the girls are very polite & fast ! & if you want to make your own sandwich the boys will do it ! :)
Worst place ever. Employees need to be disciplined & learn how to bake because the cake that I ordered was atrocious. & the costumer service on the phone, even worse. Please educate your workers on how to treat costumers with respect & on how to bake
Acheté une bûche 2025..la genoise de la buche MOKA est super FINE mais la creme est PARTOUT en pleine quantité...aucune décoration de buches juste des perles .ou sont passés les bonne buches qui ont du gout d'avant?..c est juste de la crème...c est franchement pas bon....aucun goût a part le sucre & le BEURRE...pour le prix...je m en passerais ....c est franchement désolant!!!! Très déçue

I ordered a custom cake for my boyfriend's 75th birthday & was very disappointed with the result, especially given the price.
When I arrived to pick up the cake, it looked nothing like what I had requested (i wanted nice pipping/ruffles, the blue cake was the inspo photo). I immediately spoke to the employee at the counter & explained my concern. She agreed that the cake did not look right & went to the back to see if it could be fixed. She came back & told me the cake decorator had already left, so nothing could be done.
I then asked if there was any possibility of compensation, such as a partial refund or a discount, since I had already paid in full before seeing the cake. This was refused.
This was a very uncomfortable situation for me because the cake was for a milestone birthday with my boyfriend's family. I was embarrassed to present it as it was & ended up going to a grocery store to buy fruit just to make it look more presentable. Looking at it more closely later, the decorations were uneven & sloppy, which made it feel rushed & poorly executed.
The taste was even more disappointing. The cake was supposed to be tiramisu, but it was extremely sweet & did not taste like tiramisu at all. I have had tiramisu from many Italian bakeries & this was by far the worst I have had.
Overall, both I & my boyfriend's family were very disappointed. This was meant to be a special celebration, & unfortunately the cake did not meet expectations in appearance or taste.
The people at the cold meats counter go about their day & then slice your meats without putting gloves, really unhygienic & disgusting. It's now a few times I go & always the same. Last time for me.

J'ai commandé un gâteau d'anniversaire & été très déçu!
je sais pas ce qu'il ont à mettre plein de glaçage dans le gâteau il y a plus de glaçage que de gâteau!
Pour un pouce au total de gâteau il y à plus de deux pouces de glaçage!!
Glaçage synthétique même pas fait maison!
C'est rendu si chère du gâteau qu'on le remplit de glaçage dégeulasse ?
Stopped here for a quick lunch, got 2 sandwiches both of which were very average. There is a large selection so I'm sure most of them would be very good though. However, my biggest issue was the attitude that I received from the tall gentleman serving me. He was very rude & gave me attitude for asking what's in the sandwich, for asking to heat it up & then for confirming if the sandwich on the counter was ours. He was very condescending & smurky which completely ruined the experience.

Nous avons commandé un gateau personnalisé pour un sweet sixteen.
Le processus de commande a été très facile & tout était expliqué au fur & à mesure.
La reception du gateau a été tout aussi simple que sa commande.
Le gateau en lui meme était très bien fait & représentait parfaitement l'illustration envoyée.
Nous avions pris un shortcake aux fraises qui était délicieux & vraiment bien décoré.
Un gros plus pour la boite de transport très pratique qui protege bien le gateau!
Comme toujours, Patisserie St Martin ne déçoit pas!

Les cannollis sont à se rouler par terre, vraiment bons. Pizza très bonne. Paninni très bon, par, contre svp faites des Paninni sans moutarde, vous dénaturé l'art de faire des paninni c'est pas des hot dogs la la. Je suis italienne & j'aimerais être répondu en français Merci
