Édit: On achète régulièrement des plats prêts à manger depuis 7 ans. Les 2 dernières fois la sauce tomate était passée date elle sentait le vinaigre. Des plâts de 30$ qu'on a dû jeter.
I had the opportunity to go to the bakery today, & I was completely under the spell. The staff is ready & happy to welcome us. They are not disillusioned with the clientele. The prices are reasonable & the products are of absolute quality. Thank you 💚

Gâteau tellement pas mangeable! C'est triste. Un anniversaire c'est un beau moment mais la fin a été gâchée par un petit gâteau cher qui est allé direct au poubelle, même les enfants ne l'aimaient vraiment pas !! J'ai mis 2 étoiles pour le service. Même la miche de campagne était très ordinaire. Je ne reviendrai plus.
J'adore les croissants aux amandes. Ils sont toujours secs & la garniture laisse à désirer... Toutes les fois où je lui aller il y avait très peu se sorte de pain & de choix de pâtisserie. Quand je vais à la pâtisserie en faisant un détour & en payant plus chers je m'attends à recevoir un produit qui vaut le déplacement. Malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas pour cet endroit
J'ai été témoin d'une cliente qui a passé devant tout le monde pour faire la ligne pour payer. Quand j'ai gentiment passé le commentaire à une employée, celle-ci a pris la'défense' de la cliente en disant qu'elle la connaissait... tu parles d'une raison!! Service très ordinaire.

Worst experience ever! Came waited in line, so far so good. I asked the girl to put happy birthday on it & the girl leaves WITHOUT the cake ?!?! Yes you guessed it that was the last one. By the time she comes back someone else is already wrapping it for a girl that wasn't even in the store when I ordered. These things happen but no one tried to apologize & just dismissed my feelings & acted as if this was a normal day when yet another client is not happy with the service & management are doing nothing about it!! Ridiculous, even if the cakes a good because of lack of customer service i will never step foot in that store again
Ordered a cake which happened to be the last one. Another customer comes in AFTER ME & is served that exact cake i had already asked for without anyone trying to do anything about it. Manager even came out & didn't even try to do anything about the situation. No professionalism or communication at all from anyone that works there

Une pâtisserie exceptionnelle ! Les desserts sont aussi beaux que délicieux, avec des saveurs parfaitement équilibrées & des ingrédients de grande qualité. Chaque bouchée est un vrai plaisir. Le service est chaleureux & attentionné, & l'endroit est propre, accueillant & raffiné. On sent la passion & le savoir-faire dans chaque création. Je recommande vivement cette pâtisserie à tous les amateurs de douceurs fines.
The quality has gone down a lot it's not what it used to be, not sure why. The bread is always hard too & the croissant changed they used to be very good
