Sorry guys was my first time getting family fries
& the last that all went to the garbage ! Why ? Over cooked shriveled up tasted more like
Bad grease . Wastes money & traffic for nothing . Sadly I won't be going back.

I have been going here for 17 years. This year was a disappointment. The quality of the poutine has gone down. The fries were overcooked & there was lacking sauce. As you see in the picture there was no sauce on the bottom fries.

I have always loved this place & craved their poutine & didn't really believe the reviews saying the quality had changed.

Unfortunately it is true. :(

I've only tried their poutine, but it's quite good! There's enough sauce to coat everything, the fries are nicely cooked, & the cheese is fresh. I highly recommend trying them out if you're in the area! The line can sometimes wrap around the corner, so if you plan to visit & aren't into waiting long, definitely aim to show up around opening time.

Take the extra 2 minutes to go eat real fresh fries ! The slogan :'In business since 1956' is what sold me. This was our first time but Mathieu the owner was welcoming, cheerfull, polite & available. The size of the large poutine is enough to feed 2 people. I'm glad we took the time to go beyond the highway regular offerings. Thank you Mathieu & the staff, we shall make your' cass-croûte' our new mandatory place to stop on our annual trip. Bravo !
