Parma Café is described as a lively spot with a wide menu of Italian comfort foods and drinks, where tiramisu and various paninis, including popular chicken and steak options, come highly praised along with fresh bread and good coffee. The space feels modern and bright with high ceilings, big windows, and plenty of seating, making it a nice place for studying or hanging out, and the staff are generally friendly and attentive. Some reviews note occasional service hiccups such as misordered or delayed items during busy lunch periods, but overall the atmosphere, value, and consistent quality keep customers returning to Parma Café for meals, coffee, and desserts.
I frequently go there, one of the staff overthere (I think her name was Adrian), she gave the best earl grey tea & best services ,I wanted to say having her overthere is a blessing & she was very nice & responsible. The pistachio cookies are awesome , you MUST try it 🤘
I ordered the Parma Club with hot peppers & fries. SO GOOD! Sandwich has a great flavor & that bread is amazing. The fries were fresh cut & seasoned to perfection 👌 Highly recommend for a great sandwich
Great place for a quick mocha drink on a warm summer day! Cold Mocha was great with a perfect balance between coffee & chocolate. Service was great as well. Will be coming back!
Visiting this cafe in the heart of Montreal was such a amazing experience, finding an authentic lunch style sandwich places is very difficult when you are just visiting a city, & when I found this place I was so lucky. The design & layout of this place was well thought out, the location is in a commercial area in the heart of downtown Montreal where is very inviting & designed very well. The service was fast, & everything was very fresh & made with high-quality ingredients. The pricing was very competitive & didn't hurt the pocket as much. There are options to choose from. Also, depending on what you're vegetarian to having even steak. I would give this a five out of five just for the authenticity & the quality that they're serving at the price point. Whenever I am back in the city, I will definitely be visiting this café again for the fries also were amazing.
Came here for a coffee but ended up ordering a steak panini & wow! Can't say enough about how amazing it is. We ended up ordering another panini sandwich & it was just as good. Will definitely be coming back & you should to, you will not regret it!!

Was excited to try after seeing many positive reviews. Overall a good meal but the taste is pretty standard & nothing stands out, like an elevated Subway with better bread. There needs some sourness in the salmon sandwich & some pesto or pepper with the steak sandwich would have been nice.
Loved their paninis & service. Samantha was serving me & she was super nice! She gave us an extra cup of hot chocolate on the house & amazing suggestions on vegetarian sandwiches.
I had a smoked salmon sandwich with truffle fries for lunch on a Friday. Pros: The sandwich was very filling & tasty. Ingredients tasted fresh, especially the bread. The café also has an incredibly cute interior. The young woman who works at the counter, I think a local college student, was very kind & friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she kindly wrote down a few off-the-beaten-path spots for me to check out when I mentioned I was visiting Montréal from New York City. Cons: My only critique of the food is that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the portion of fries served as a side is a bit excessive. It's not a side of fries but an entire basket filled to the brim. I was only able to finish maybe 1/4 of the fries. & I'm someone who loves fries! I know that potatoes are relatively inexpensive, but it does seems wasteful since I doubt many people take a to-go box for all those leftover fries & they probably end up in the trash. Overall a good lunch experience! I'd love to visit again to try some of their other menu items, especially their more Italian offerings.
Cafe crema is so good I can't even wait to finish it to write the review. The taste is very well balanced & the most suitable proportion for a summer wave.
Parma Café was where I had my first meal when I got to MTL, & I'm so glad it was. The food is great & I thought the prices were fair. The view while you eat is also beautiful, & the foods gets ready pretty fast. Totally recommend. My personal favorite meal was the Rosé Pasta (I forgot the exact name of the dish), but I had it more times than I can count & it felt like a comfort food. Delicious!!
