J'adore cette pizza & nous devrions avoir plus de succursales! Par contre, idéalement pour emporter seulement car les places pour manger sur place sont limitées!

Good restaurant by all standards but you have to check your order sometimes, something might go wrong due to work pressure on the staff.

D'habitude je me régale, mais on m'a livré la mauvaise pizza (Alfredo poulet au lieu d'Alfredo fromage) & quand j'ai téléphoné au restaurant, on m'a dit que le mieux qu'ils pouvaient faire était de m'offrir une mini pizza gratuite à ma prochaine commande. Or c'est une maxi pizza que j'ai achetée & que je n'ai pas pu manger. Pourtant les conditions de vente de papajohns.ca disent qu'en cas d'erreur de leur part ils doivent nous relivrer la bonne pizza gratuitement. De plus, je vous ai contacté via le formulaire de votre site il y a une semaine pour un remboursement & j'attends toujours. C'est 30$ partis à la poubelle 😤 méfiez-vous de ce restaurant qui ne respecte pas sa propre politique

Incroyable! Si jaurai pu mettre 10 etoiles sa aurai ete faite! Service impecable! La pizza est pas normale & tout le rest. & fau pas oublier le personnel etai number 1! Y prenne le temps avec chaque client!

I recently went to Papa John's, & I was thoroughly impressed! The pizza was delicious, with a perfectly baked crust that was both crispy & chewy in the right spots. The toppings were fresh & generous-plenty of gooey cheese, flavorful pepperoni, & crisp veggies. I especially loved their signature garlic dipping sauce, which adds a rich, savory touch to every bite. The delivery was fast, & the pizza arrived hot & fresh. Overall, great service & a consistently satisfying pizza experience. Definitely a go-to for quality pizza!"

Amazing. I got an email saying I had a free pizza but it seems that it was only available tomorrow instead but my spouse & myself with a newborn were starving. I called the store & they couldn't fulfill & transferred me to the owner & he understood our situation & he called me back IMMEDIATELY. We got our free pizza & he was also the most pleasant person I've spoken to in a while. He just was incredible & we ordered what we needed. Order hasn't been delivered just yet but we appreciate the time & care. Thank you so much sir. I can't remember your name but you're a gem, honestly. He is the owner of any papa johns in Laval qc restaurants & we appreciate your help beyond belief.
