Malorie refused to give us a second menu, she said it is against the rules. Spent 5 minutes arguing with her, told her I will return it to her in few minutes, but no way she started talking about expecting groups & so on. I went to the shift manager & got another menu. Malorie spoke in a low voice we both could not understand her, so we asked her to speak louder, even though it was not any better. I travelled to 20+ countries around the world & during 76 years of my life I was never refused a menu at any place. EVER! This was not a good start to the evening/dining especially at St. Valentine's supper. Malorie put a damper on the experience. The food quality was excellent, but the full restaurant at that evening was extremely noisy. my advise to Malorie is to look for another career.

The manger called me today 17 Feb 2026 & to be fair to the restaurant I revised my rating to 3 stars.
