Ma conjointe étant coeliaque, pas facile de trouver un endroit & manger sans craindre le gluten. Mais ce resto se fait très rassurant. Le service & les plats étaient impeccables. Un endroit à revisiter.

Ils sont vraiment consciencieux lorsqu'on leur dit qu'on est coeliaque. Ils ont changé les verres, les couverts au complet & la vaisselle est rouge contrairement aux autres. Cuisine complètement a part afin d'éviter la contamination croisé. De plus, cest excellent & les employés sont courtois & sensibilisé. Je les recommande fortement

Ça une dizaine d'années que je vais chez Ottavio & j'apprécie la nourriture sans gluten. Ce n'est pas facile quand tu as la maladie coeliaque de trouver un restaurant qui respecte la maladie. Par contre à 2 reprises un jeune serveur me sert avec assiette blanche & condiments dans petit plat blanc. Tu lui demande pour les coeliaque, ce n'est pas des assiettes rouges, il te répond ce n'est pas important. Tu n'oses pas lui dire que tu refuse parce que tu n'a pas de contrôle. La confiance diminue. Je suis vraiment déçue & insecure d'aller chez Ottavio.

Nous y allons à toutes les semaines car je suis coeliaque. Le gérant & les serveurs nous connaissent tous par notre nom & viennent nous saluer. C'est toujours un plaisir pour nous à chaque semaine car la nourriture est excellente & nous aimons l'ambiance chaleureuse. Le service est courtois & personnalisé.

C'est toujours un plaisir d'aller au Ottavio. En étant coeliaque c'est tellement lfun de ne pas avoir à ce soucier de la contamination croisée. Tout est super sécuritaire. La meilleure salade césar que j'ai mangé! Aussi un super service à la clientèle & service après-vente! Je recommande!
