En matière de restaurant vietnamien, on a parfois l'impression que toutes les adresses sont interchangeables, qu'elles nous serviront tous un ou l'autre plat vu revu & relu. Parfois cependant, on est surpris de se faire dépayser par une approche un peu plus raffiné, un menu différent ou décalé. C'est le cas de Ong Ca Can qui présente des repas généralement sans faille. Il offre aussi des menus dégustation qui nous sortent de notre zone de confort. C'est à essayer & adopter!
