Very nice place, friendly staff & owners. Most, amazing & fresh choice of Vietnamese sandwich banhmi. We just had a party & the kids loved it.

The owner are so sweet & so cute, I could come everyday, they're so nice
So many varieties to choose from, so there's something for everyone here
Amazing boba, so delicious, I would definitely come again to try their Vietnamese menu that looks so good
Very nice cozy calm place I would definitely recommend

A bubble tea shop in the neighbourhood, no longer needed to go downtown. This franchise has the best price-quality value, the teas are good enough to satisfy a sweet craving. Moreover, two comfort foods under a same roof at this location, now can quickly grab a crispy Vietnamese banh mi along with an iced Taiwanese bubble tea on the go.
