Reviews present Olu 'Olu Poke as a place with fresh and tasty ingredients and a wide range of poke options, with many praising the unagi bowl and calling it among the best poke on the island and noting a distinct Hawaiian vibe that sets it apart from typical sushi spots. However, some comments point to inconsistent quality and service, a grab and go atmosphere, and questions about value, with reports of overly spicy rainbow bowls or tuna that tastes bland when not seasoned; there are also mentions of responsive customer service and corrective gestures such as complimentary bowls. Overall, the impression is of freshness and flavor with strong positives on quality and variety, balanced by concerns about consistency and pricing.
Really nice restaurant, everything is tasty & fresh!! I took the unagi poke bowl & it was so good & you can tell that the products are fresh & very good quality. I will definitely be coming back :-)
Food: quality has gone down, wondering if it has a new owner. How can you use black pepper instead of spicy mayo?
Service: the lady at the counter is very pushy & not bilingual.
Atmosphere: it's a grab & go place

This is the third time we order from this place & poke was always good. However the last time we ordered a rainbow poke which we are used to order came absolutely spicy beyond belief to the point we had to throw it away. I'm really disappointed to spend over 50$ in food & it ends up in the garbage.
Update: I was contacted by the restaurant & was offered 2 bowls of my choice free of charge & the quality of the food was perfect.
I appreciate the excellent customer service!

The fish was just cubed up tuna, no seasoning or marinade at all (instead it was on the rice) which made the meal bland. Poke is a fish recipe, not the dish as a whole. $20 for 90% rice & ~10 pieces of plain cubed tuna was pretty disappointing.
I usually go at PokeMonster but wanted to try this one & omg it's the bomb! Sooooo good! I took the Oppa Korea, really recommend it! Super fresh & flavourful.
