Fried chicken has always been one of Olivia’s favorite foods. In Korea, you can find the staple dish served practically at every street corner. People enjoy it as a meal or snack.
When Olivia and her family moved to Canada, she put her twist on traditional fried chicken recipes. The result is a light, non-oily Korean-inspired fried chicken that pairs exceptionally well with a variety of house dipping sauces.
No milk, eggs, butter, lard or buttermilk added, it’s also peanut-free!
Overall, reviews describe Olivia's Authentic Chicken as a casual spot with friendly service, a welcoming vibe, and good value for money, with the fried chicken praised for flavor and juiciness. Many note the chicken is crispy with a well balanced breading, and there are several favorites among sauces, plus a standout fried chicken sandwich and tasty sides like macaroni salad and coleslaw. Some experiences mention inconsistencies such as overcooked batter, a sauce mix up in a wrap, or meals arriving colder than expected, and a few note longer wait times. Prices are generally described as reasonable for the quality, though a few reviewers feel the cost is a bit high or that portions or value have diminished at times. Atmosphere and staff are repeatedly described as clean, friendly, and approachable, contributing to a positive overall impression. Taken together, Olivia's Authentic Chicken appears to be a strong choice for fried chicken enthusiasts seeking flavor and quick, casual service, with some caveats about consistency and value.

It was our first time at Olivia's chicken! Best chicken i had in Canada (I'm visited from New Zealand). Owner was so good & helped me choose the best! 👌👌 He even offered me free Sweets from the next shop called MR PUFFS. I will visit again before i fly back
If you are looking for fresh fried chicken, don't look further, this shop makes everything fresh. We chose lanière chicken. It's tender & crispy chicken. If you want the bones ones, please order by phone in advance since it takes longer to fried it. The menu also offers veggie bowls. Good location, Free parking lot, Clean shop & fast friendly staff. Plus, you can get your desserts, next door.- Mr puffs.

They never have ready the online orders...Also they seem to not care too much about their customers time... One guy was chatting on his phone while working in the kitchen.. Needs more respect & attention for.service..
