Nous avions commandé pour emporter & une fois rendus à la maison, il manquait des éléments dans notre commande. J'ai alors appelé pour leur en aviser & le serveur nous a proposé de revenir chercher ce qu'il manquait & qu'en plus, il nous offrait 30 puffs, 6 lanières de poulet frit & un extra sauce. Cette offre nous a vraiment contentés & l'erreur a été bien rattrapée. Alors, c'est un excellent service en fin de compte! De plus, le poulet était délicieux.

Merci pour cette belle expérience culinaire. Nous avons eu la chance de parler avec le copropriétaire. Il a prix le temps de toutes nous expliquer. Les filets de poulet sont excellents. Très tendre à l'intérieur & une belle panure extérieure pas trop épaisse & pas trop salé. Nous allon revenir & amener des amis.

I had purchased the 4 piece chicken strips with fries. The fries were crispy & tasty. The chicken strips were juicy on the inside but crisp on the outside. I had taken the food home which is a mistake as some of the chicken pieces were affected by moisture in the box due to heat. Have them on the spot to get the full effect. They have a large selection of sauces. The staff are friendly, helpful & the service was fast though I was the only one at the shop at 3pm on a Sunday. The shop also offers 10% discount on Mr. PUFFS fried donuts which is the shop next door.

Honnêtement, nous avons ajouté cet endroit à notre "rotation" de restaurants réguliers la minute où on a goûté notre première bouchée. Staff serviable, poli, sympa avec les enfants. Laissent un petit mot gentil sur le sac quand on passe une commande au téléphone avant de venir la chercher. Nous appellent par notre prénom. Certes, ça prend 10-12 minutes pour préparer les filets parce qu'ils ne font que du frais. Ça en vaut l'attente. Le poulet est croustillant, les frites aussi d'ailleurs. Pour les portions individuelles, le format des accompagnements pourrait être un peu plus grands. Mais c'est le seul défaut. Même la sauce est incroyable.
