Un gros merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir sauvé notre mini réveillon du jour de l'an. Je suis venu placer ma commande le 30 décembre vers midi pour le réveillon du 31 & tous furent épatés par la qualité des plateaux & la présentation. Mille mercis & bonne année à toute l'équipe!

I have been purchasing salmon for making sushi from here for almost 9 years & im officially done. In the last 2 months, we have purchased 4 different pieces of salmon & they are absolutely butchered by the very young & inexperienced staff. 2 weeks ago, half of the fish had a massive slice down the back from them trying to hack the skin off. For the price we pay, I will be trying out another poisonnerie today & will take my business elsewhere

Superbe & renommée poissonerie au Dix30.
Cet été, je décide de nous'payer la traite' en achetant 2 gros homards (frais) au prix de 77$.

Je vais chercher les dits homards (cuits & craqués) & on s'insalle avec appétit ! On (ma copine & moi) mange & on se regarde au fur & à mesure & on se dit que ces homards ne goûtent absolument rien ! Grande déception & perte financière !

Plusieurs semaines plus tard, je'prends mon courage à 2 mains' (c'est difficile !) & retourne à la poissonerie pour expliquer notre déception.
Le gérant m'écoute & va voir ses employés. De loin, je comprends que nos homards furent probablement cuits dans de l'eau non salée ?
Le gérant me propose alors une carte cadeau de 25$ (ce qui est bien mais peu !).

Fin de l histoire ! Si une poissonnerie célèbre ne peut faire cuire correctement des homards... ce n est pas'top' ! Je vais y retourner avec mon crédit de 25$ en espérant une meilleure expérienre !
