Très bon service, une ambiance conviviale, un menu varié pour absolument trouver quelque chose à son goût.

Extremement bon , tout tout tout était 10/10 j'avais le gout de griot & ma copine n'en voulais pas dutout , elle y est allé pour me faire plaisir & après avoir manger elle veux revenir la semaine prochaine

On a pris un plat griot chaqu'un & j'ai pris un morceau de poulet frit en extra , je ne m'attendais pas a une cuisse sans panure mais elle etait super bonne & juteuse

Bonjour,

Je tiens à vous faire savoir que je suis très déçue de la situation concernant ma commande d'hier. J'ai commandé chez O'Griot en profitant de votre promotion « à l'achat d'un plat de griot, le deuxième est gratuit ». J'ai donc commandé deux plats, ce qui aurait dû nous donner quatre plats au total.

Or, nous avons reçu seulement deux plats, accompagnés de trois Cola Couronne. Je tiens à préciser que la nourriture était excellente. Cependant, nous avons été très déçus, car nous avons dû partager deux plats à quatre personnes, ce qui n'était vraiment pas l'expérience prévue.

J'aimerais savoir ce qui s'est passé & comment vous pouvez corriger la situation.
