Nous avons beaucoup voyagé à travers le monde & nous adorons la cuisine asiatique! Le mois dernier, lors de nos vacances au Japon nous sommes allés au célèbre restaurant ITAMAE SUSHI Akasaka à Tokyo pour comparer ce restaurant célèbre à notre restaurant préféré, le NIJI SUSHI BAR de Brossard.

Le ITAMAE SUSHI de Tokyo ont fait l'actualité dans le monde entier, même dans le Wall Street Journal & d'autres sites médiatiques renommés. En 2011, ils ont acheté un thon record de 342 kg pour 32,4 millions de yens (323 385 $US) & ils sont reconnus pour leurs délicieux Bluefin Tuna japonais.

Après comparaison nous déclarons que malgré les excellents sushis du ITAMAE, le NIJI SUSHI BAR demeure à notre avis le meilleur restaurant japonais au Monde à ce jour! Bravo! & n'oubliez pas d'essayer le superbe plat le « Picasso », thon & saumon sauce Grand Marnier! Notre préféré ❤️!
