We went to Niji for the first time for my wife's birthday dinner. Delighted by the decor when we walked in until they sat us at the table right by the door. The service proceeded awkwardly with multiple staff coming to ask us for the same drink order. From there the meal started & things improved. The food was delicious. Things really feel apart at our last dish. We'd waited for half an hour & one woman actually came to clear our plates when we communicated we were still waiting for the'hot kiss'. I think they simply forgot. It took another 20 minutes to get the dish.
Again could have been fine & recoverable, but we had to ask for our bill 3 times over the next half hour before we could finally leave.
I will try other sushi restaurants in the area before going back.

Overall it was… just okay. The place itself is really nice - you can tell you're mostly paying for the vibe & the look of the restaurant. However, the sushi didn't live up to the price. The rice was very mushy & I've definitely had better sushi elsewhere for a lot less.
On the positive side, the service was really good. It was a bit slow, but we were a big group so I wasn't expecting lightning speed, & the staff was attentive & friendly.
In the end, I'd say: come for the ambiance if that's what you're looking for, but if you're going mainly for great sushi, I'd probably pass & try somewhere else next time.

The restaurabt is very well decorated & clean. The food was really good & at a fair price. Our waiter, Ibrahim, was great & professionnal, recommending to us their new Octopus entre, & it was absolutly delicious.

Very bad service. Our order arrived after one hour. Bathrooms were so dirty. But the food is fresh & great. Food is fancy but the restaurant experience isn't.
Hier, nous avons récupéré notre commande chez Niji & wow ! Les plateaux étaient magnifiques & la fraîcheur des aliments, incroyable. Tout était absolument délicieux. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute essayer en salle la prochaine fois !
