Arrivée à 17h30, presque personne dans le resto. Vers 18h, on commande une entrée & le repas principal. Peu de temps après, on reçoit l'entrée. Suite à l'entrée, cela a pris près de 1h15 avant qu'on reçoit les repas principaux. Personne est venu nous voir pour expliquer le délai. Une personne a des hosomaki simple & l'autre un plat de la table d'hôte. Une fois les repas arrivés (enfin) on demande à la serveuse si c'est fréquent ce délai. Sa réponse : on est short staff en cuisine. Plusieurs personnes sont arrivées après nous & ont commandés des entrées & ont reçu leur repas & ont même quittées avant qu'on ait notre plat principal. Je ne trouve pas cela normal. On a eu nos deux breuvages, soit une coupe de vin & un sans alcool sans frais pour nous dédommager. Avoir su, on aurait bu bien plus que cela.

Point positif: la nourriture était excellente.

Amazing experience. The waitress & serving staff were very nice & hospitable. Despite of the place being full, they took time to take care of us.
The waitress was so courteous in helping us choose the right dishes explaining everything.
We tried new dishes & were delighted.

Absolument parfait! Les assiettes sont magnifiquement présentées. La nourriture est délicieuse & le service impeccable. J'ai découvert le matcha sour, un gros wow! La table d'hôte remplie très bien l' estomac! Ce restaurant est pour moi & mes filles un coup de coeur & un incontournable pour savourer des sushis.
