Visited Nickels when going for an appointment, didn't disappoint. Had missed going there since there's none left in out area. Had the smoke meat platter & I'd eas very good. Big portion & the waitress was very friendly & quick.

I usually go to this restaurant because it's the only place my kids will eat. My kids eat from the kids meal & usually get the hamburger with added cheese. I have asked for it a few times & I haven't been charged for it except on the last occasion. Keep in mind a kids meal is $8.99 & this time I was charged $4.99 for a slice of cheese. I understand that asking for something extra is going to get charged but I found that a bit much. When I questioned the charge, the waitress stated that it's a restaurant & the other times it must have been overlooked. Anyhow, needless to say that paying more thank half-price of the meal for 1 slice of cheese is quite greedy on the restaurants part & left a sour taste in mouth.

Excellent service; serveuse souriante & très gentille. Nourriture super bonne. Bonne portion (mais trop de frites). J'ai pris le hamburger Marilyne. Bon choix ! Service rapide. *j'ai enlevé une étoile parce que j'ai trouvé que le gâteau (Céline) n'était pas frais

Aujourd'hui, je viens de bruncher avec ma famille & notre serveuse était absolument adorable (cheveux blonds plus sombre en chignon). Malheureusement, j'ai surpris ladite serveuse en train de se faire réprimander par qui je suppose être son superviseur (à peau foncé). Il était visiblement très contrarié & toute l'interaction a duré assez longtemps pour affecter notre serveuse (je crois qu'elle a dû pleurer un peu & pourtant elle a réussi à sourire à tous les clients). Je pense que c'est un traitement très injuste car elle était la seule à servir autour de la table & personne d'autre autour.
