We were invited to the occasion & we were shocked by the way he dealt with customers

Nous étions 47 personnes à un déjeuner réservé pour une réunion de famille, & la musique était prévue à l'avance. Mais on nous a constamment harcelés pour que nous baissions le volume. Le propriétaire de ce restaurant était insupportable & ne nous laissait pas tranquilles. Nous avions dépensé des milliers de dollars pour que cette occasion spéciale soit mémorable. & le repas était complètement différent de tout ce que nous avions mangé auparavant. On dépense tous de l'argent pour profiter des occasions spéciales, contrairement à ce qui s'est passé avec ces restaurateurs avides. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir choisi cet endroit. Réfléchissez-y à deux fois avant d'y aller.
De l'extérieur semble ordinaire mais à l'intérieur beau décor. & en prime nous apportons notre vin.
Notre expérience est basée sur une visite un samedi 19h très occupé, le personnel est très à l'écoute de la clientèle.

An evening out with some old colleagues turned out to be disappointing. The food was served cold & not very appetizing. The salad bar, in particular, was not fresh-the lettuce was soggy & unappealing.
The service also left much to be desired. We felt rushed throughout the meal, & the waitress was not very professional. Unfortunately, we didn't even have the chance to enjoy the complimentary salad entrée.
It's unfortunate because I've been here before & had a completely different experience. On a previous visit, we were served by a gentleman whose service was impeccable. This visit, however, did not meet those same standards.

Cancelled our reservation done 1 month before Easter. Group of 20!
This has been our restaurant for years now & we found out we have no reservations when we called to make a deposit.
They showed no apologies for cancelling on us & said they don't care they have enough customers.
Rude unprofessional staff. The lady was horrible on the phone & the waiter Was extremely rude.
Our family will never ever be back to this place. I'll make sure my friends & everyone I know is aware this restaurant doesn't care about its regular customers & no one.
Better shut down your business if that's how you treat people.
Just perfect
I really appreciated that they offer vegetarian options. It was also such a nice touch that the salad & soup were included for free. I loved both the food & the service.

Went with a group a little while ago & we were impressed with the food. Had a dish with a few different selections of meat & grilled veggies. I have to say the meat was great & the salad bar had lots of selections & was very fresh.
Prices are reasonable.
My only complaint was the service. It almost felt as if we were an inconvenience. Service was rushed & abrupt, several of us noticed & felt it.
Good mediteranean food, including a salad bar, byow, good service & good price. However, the ambiance is very desapointing, no music, very cold, at 8pm on a Friday night, they were passing the broom in the restaurant, make us feel that we should leave.
