About

Nazareth specializes in authentic Lebanese cuisine centered on traditional charcoal-grilled meats and expertly prepared sandwiches. The menu highlights seasoned shish tawook, tender kafta, and thinly sliced shawarma served alongside house-made garlic sauce and fresh pita. Vegetable-forward staples like creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanouj, and crisp tabbouleh provide a balanced accompaniment to the primary protein offerings. Every dish emphasizes bold Mediterranean spices and high-quality ingredients sourced to ensure consistency across the selection. The kitchen operates with a focus on speed and flavor, delivering hearty portions suitable for those seeking classic Levantine profiles. Patrons encounter a straightforward culinary environment that prioritizes the preparation of grilled staples over unnecessary ornamentation or overly complex service styles.

Review Summary

Nazareth is widely praised for its authentic, high-quality Mediterranean cuisine, featuring generous portions of tender, well-seasoned meats like filet mignon and chicken alongside a fresh, varied salad bar and complimentary soup. Many patrons describe the experience as an excellent value, highlighting the inviting atmosphere and the professional, friendly service that makes it a must-visit destination. While the vast majority of guests share glowing feedback about the freshness of the ingredients and the overall culinary quality, a small number of reviews mention inconsistent service experiences or occasional concerns regarding the salad bar policy. Despite these mixed reports, the restaurant remains a popular choice for those seeking a delicious, BYOW-friendly meal in a welcoming setting.

Bravo!

NAZARETH. Not the rock band - The best Restaurant in Laval
My wife & I decided to try out Nazareth, a local restaurant on Labelle Blvd. Very near to our home. We walked in with no ( & probably not a great place ) expectations. My God, we were so wrong. We were instantly greeted by the owner ( the wife ) of Nazareth. Super nice, friendly & guided us through the menu & the history of thier restaurant. We were served the home made soup : fantasticThen came the perfectly grilled home made thick fresh flat bread. Warm, soft seved with humus. Sipping on amazing wine ( a bring your own wine concept with no cork charge ) we walked over to the Nazareth buffet. WOW. The freshest, most delicious selections we have ever sampled. ( the wife came over & said that every item is freshly prepared that day ). I won't tell you what's in the buffet but I guarantee that you will be blown away. Then came our main meals. My God. The freshest, most succulent, food we have ever tasted. The shish taouk platter & the shawarma platter were out of this world. With pilaf rice, home potatoes & all the trimmings prepared to perfection. My wife & I were so impressed with our experience we had to hug the wife & husband of Nazareth. So they hugged us. Super nice people. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. Rock on Nazareth
