First thing I noticed walking into this restaurant was that it's got no ambiance. Neon lighting & sterile looking tables on either side of a long narrow room have about as much atmosphere as an operating room. Now that wouldn't really matter too much if the food & service were excellent, but they're not. I'm truly sorry to say this because the food is not bad, in fact it's even mediocre, & the prices are very reasonable. But then there are many excellent Indian restaurants in Montreal & also with good prices. Perhaps it was a bad night, this happens sometimes everywhere. I went with pretty high expectations, partly because of the reviews I saw here & that may be why I felt so disappointed. If you live in the neighborhood & are craving Indian food & don't want to spend much & you don't care about atmosphere or good service, then this place would be fine. Otherwise head to the West Island or Park-Ex.

My favourite Indian restaurant in the area. This is basically a weekly stop for me & I’m always satisfied. Good food, quick service & reasonable price, especially their lunch specials. They also have many vegetarian options & are more than capable to adapt them to make them vegan. I always ask for the vegetarian thali with no butter & roti instead of naan.
Super restaurant indien! Nous avons pris le tikka masala, butter chicken & des naan (ail & nature)! Tout était très bon, mention spéciale au tikka masala & aux naans qui étaient divinement bons! La nourriture était épicée comme il faut! Vous pouvez amener votre alcool! Le service était très rapide & le personnel était très gentil. Je recommande Namaste Inde !
Randomly stumbled into this place, glad I did. Some of the best Indian food in montreal. We had the vegetarian combo for two, & we got so much food for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back

Je suis très déçue de ma commande. Le pain naan était tout petit & sec sur une bonne partie. Le plat, lui, était presque juste un bol de sauce avec quelques morceaux de viande. Ce n’était pas très généreux… Je recommande de commander au Palais d’Ajit où la qualité est nettement supérieure!
Very flavourful! The rice had cumin perfumed throughout it, but in a very delicate & pleasant way. It was perfect & the portion was enough for two. The meat was a little bit dry but the lentil sauce it was cooked in was so flavourful it made up for it. It was salty, spicy & complex, every bite was interesting! One of the best indian places in montreal, i will come here more often

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Culinary Haven, & I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant's cozy ambiance, adorned with elegant decor, set the stage for a memorable evening.
The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The waitstaff Vandana & Manpreet were attentive, friendly, & well-versed in the menu offerings. The pacing of the meal was just right, allowing me to savor each course without feeling rushed.�
Resto en apparence simple.. mais ne vous y prenez pas car la nourriture qui y est servit est délicieuse & savoureuse. Nous y retournerons assurément ! Pour les amateurs de cuisine indienne, ça vaut le détour.
Un petit resto ordinaire mais qui offre un menu varié & savoureux. Des portions plus qu'adéquates & un service aimable même avec peu de français. Un choix excellent pour le rapport qualité/prix/quantité. Bon appétit!
