Ma vie se divise désormais en deux : avant ce sandwich, & après ce sandwich. Le meilleur que j'aie mangé, tous pays confondus. Le focaccia est d'une fraîcheur incroyable : moelleux, croustillant, parfaitement équilibré. La portion de viande est généreuse, les ingrédients sont ultra frais, & les saveurs… en parfaite symbiose.

& que dire de la tarte citron-lime ? J'ai repris connaissance juste à temps pour sauver ce dernier morceau & le partager avec vous. Mais honnêtement, c'est le genre de chose qu'on ne peut comprendre qu'en goûtant.

Le service est exceptionnel : chaleureux, souriant, attentif - on sent que toute l'équipe est heureuse d'être là, & ça fait toute la différence.

Je suis venu pour un événement… mais c'est le café du matin qui restera gravé dans ma mémoire.
