Très déçue d'avoir dépensé mon argent à commander là, je comprends que je ne m'attends pas à la même quantité d'ingrédient qu'en mangeant chez soi, mais franchement, un burrito au poulet qui contient UN morceau de poulet… ça laisse à désirer, je ne compte absolument pas remanger là-bas.

Nous sommes venus pour essayer le 2 pour 1 & connaître la bannière, donc, première fois pour nous.

Nous ne retournerons pas à cette succursale car :
- ils nous ont surchargés deux fois & ce sont obstinés avec nous.
- les sandwiches burritos bien que très bons étaient rendus froids.
- la succursale n'a pas communiqué sur le 2 pour 1, comme si ils ne voulaient pas honorer la promotion.
- tous les restaurants à côté ont des tables & chaises sur leur terrasse mais Mucho Burrito ne semble pas avoir des clients à coeur & n'en offre pas.

La seule raison pourquoi je donne 4 étoiles est parce qu'il manquait quelques ingrédients (sauces & patates) mais la bouffe est excellente & nous avons eu un super service.

Depuis les 4 derniers mois, j'ai été diner 5-6 fois au restaurant à diverses heures. IMPOSSIBLE d'avoir les frites. À 7h le soir, 5h ou même 11h30 le matin, il n'y as jamais de frites. « Pas de frites aujourd'hui » qu'ont me répond ou la friteuses est fermée. Même en livraison avec Uber Eat, ils laissent l'option mais livre la commande avec l'article manquant… Une discussion serais dû avec les employés…

?I had a fantastic experience here! The guys serving were incredibly nice & welcoming-excellent service truly matters, & the team here gets it right.
?As for the food, I had the burritos & they were absolutely excellent & so filling. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, & wonderful hospitality. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
