I usually enjoy buying puffs from this branch & have always appreciated the quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience was less pleasant. The person who mentioned being the manager did not seem very welcoming when taking my order & answered our questions in a way that felt dismissive.
I believe a warmer attitude toward customers would make a big difference. If the branch is too busy during peak hours, perhaps having additional staff could help ease the pressure.
Even though this branch is the closest to my place, I may consider visiting another location in the future.

i didn't like it personally, the ice cream is to creamy so it just tastes like an off brand version of whipped cream out of a tub, the service wasn't very good, the man didn't even have a smile on his face. I wouldn't consider going there again.

Absolutely loved our experience. Mr Jimmy & his staff were incredible. They even gave our dog 2 pup cups & our puffs & ice-cream were superb. Thank u & we will definitely be back. I recommend this place to everyone
