Updated 2024 review: There was a moving day promotion for two boxes of 30 puffs for 24$. We haven't had a treat in a while & decided why not. We ordered through the app. The service was efficient & the order was made upon pick-up arrival. There were new flavors to try. It was worth the craving. Thank you Mr. Puffs! 2022 review: We ordered the puffs drizzled with strawberry jam & chocolate hazelnut. The loukoumades were fresh & hot. A nice treat to have once in a while. The service was a little hectic as we were standing for a while before getting served.
Came to get some puffs & I find that they are very disorganized. 3 guys working & they ran out of puffs & then it takes over 5 minutes before they start making more, meanwhile 6 customers waiting on puffs & Uber drivers too
Ordered a box of 30 puffs half Choco Loco & half Apple Cinnamon. The Guy who did the order messed the Apple Cinnamon up. It's just plane Honey with maybe some Cinnamon ? My boyfriend tried to tell the employee that it wasn't what he ordered but the employee didn't seem too keen with correcting the mistake. My boyfriend didn't insist & left. I'm more bothered by this because I really craved the Apple Cinnamon & the honey is way too sweet for my taste. Sorry for the not so aesthetic pictures. My boyfriend & roommate ate some before I came home.
Everything was good. Just the package was really bad. I had the order for takeaway, & once i took it & kept in the car, mostly half of the boxes were empty & mr puffs were everywhere in the car because the packing was not good. Rest all was good.
Los mejores puffs del mundo. Super frescos y con un sabor inigualable. Es la mejor opción si necesitas un golpe fuerte de azúcar... y sus merengadas de helado son buenisimas
+ CUISINE : Super bons, des queues de castor en Bouboule! - SERVICE : Dans un contexte en pénurie de main d'oeuvre, n'avoir qu'un seul employé ralenti considérablement le service +/- AMBIANCE : Design/Decor chaleureux, des télévisions a regarder en mangeant si nous sommes seuls ou en attente de notre commande. Toutefois, de nombreuses livraisons avec beaucoup de gens qui entrent/sortent, où les tables sont collés au mur alors que la porte est en plein milieu, & que les visiteurs passent entre les 2 rangées de tables.
Kind staff who offered to give us a fresh batch when we bought 100 puffs. Delicious but they missed some of the sugar cinnamon on like 20% of the puffs..
