I am extremely disappointed to have to leave this kind of review because Mr. Patty has been my go to place for Roti whenever I'm in the NDG area. Monday afternoon I came in to order a chicken roti, they didn't have any. Ok cool. A typical response of many Caribbean restaurants to'not have' things. All good. So I opted for 3 beef patties instead. I ate the first & only one on my commute back to find out that at the very last bites of my patty I had in my mouth a small piece of curry filled nail. The rest of the patty was flaky & smooth minced beef filling to I thought it could have been a bone but no it was a human curry stained nail. I was so grossed out that I threw it out right away & discarded the other two patties. Days later I'm still left with a feeling of disgust & disappointment that I'm still recollecting it til today. Maybe it was an accident, on their end but accident or not, when handling food nails should be trimmed. Because I'm sure no one wants to experience that.

I am very very very painfully disappointed.

I will probably never return as a customer again.

I hope they take measures to prevent this from happening again.

The best Jamaican patties in Montreal! I got every couple of months & buy a couple of dozens of chicken & beef. I freeze them individually & when either myself or my family is in the mood for 1 or 2, because to be honest 1 is never enough, we just heat them individually the oven or microwave. I mean $20 for a dozen & freshly made! You cannot go wrong. I just wish they could be a little more spicy. It does have a small sitting area.

The price depends on what you order. The chicken roti starts at $12.00, 1 dozen mixed patties are $20, the prices have increased but still reasonable.

I was looking for a good patty,well I asked around & mr patty came up .I just had the best patty in the hood .& the chicken soup I'm eating now well best soup around super!& a free patty for a 1st timer thanks.

Best Caribbean food! They have the most delicious patties-chicken, beef, & veggie-& on Saturdays they serve cow foot soup & chicken soup 🤤 Make sure to go early because it's so good they sometimes run out!

Simple & straight forward. 1 or 2 tables, but I always get my chicken patties to go at their counter, & have at home. Always greeted with a smile & friendly service. I get 6 at a time for a great price & tasty meal. The best patties !!!

When looking to take out Carribean food such as Jamaican patties or Chicken Roti, this is the only place you should go. The prices are reasonable. The quality, quantity, & taste of their products are exceptional. It is a must.
