The food quality here was completely unacceptable. The french fries were heavily overcooked, dry, & distinctly burnt. To make matters worse, the burger bun was so incredibly stale & dried out that it was literally cracking & breaking into pieces the moment it was touched. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

Très bon restaurant ! La nourriture était excellente, fraîche & bien préparée. Le service était rapide & les employés étaient vraiment gentils, respectueux & accueillants. On voit qu'ils travaillent fort pour offrir une belle expérience aux clients. Je recommande fortement !

Je donne 10/10 à ce restaurant ! La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, tout est frais & bien préparé. Le restaurant est propre, beau & l'ambiance est agréable. Les personnes qui cuisinent sont très gentilles, accueillantes & on voit qu'elles mettent du coeur dans leurs plats. Le service est excellent & j'ai adoré mon expérience. Je recommande ce restaurant à tout le monde !

Unfortunately, it seems it has been hard to keep up with the demand at such a low price. Portions have gotten outrageously out of control, & by that I mean small. Standards have gone down. The low prices are noble but the amount given & quality has simply gone down.

I usually go to a different Monteiro restaurant, but since this one was close to me I decided to try it & it was very disappointing. I got Bol Piri Express.
The portion was extremely low than what I usually get, & they did not put any toppings. There was barely any sauce which made the whole bowl just stale & dry.
Surprisingly the chicken was cold & smelled so terrible, like it was made in the washroom. Waste of 25$
It's a shame because looking at the reviews it seemed like the place would be as good as the others, but upon entering it was empty (which makes sense now) & even the worker had an attitude.

Overall a very dissappointing experience, definitely to avoid.

I went back on Sunday & the quality of the food has significantly went down. The food quality seem to depend on the person working there. Just like some of the other comments, the chicken felt & tasted a bit raw/undercooked. The quantity of the food was also way less than what I have received on Thursday.
