We had to wait a while to order & the food was mid, not worth the price for all you can eat, the ramen "bowl" was almost empty & filled in less than half. The meat was ok... The desserts were a joke, they offered a popsicle with the condition of leaving a review, they're literally trying to buy reviews. I had to ask for a drink 3 times & they never brought it. The staff is all over the place, terrible service.
Very good service. Below average food. There should have been more ventilation, my dress & hair smells like BBQ agreed coming out of the place. The creamy ramen noodle was horrible. It was just the plain noodle in a cream colored water, a complete waste of money. Spicy chicken was good. The cocktails were served in huge jars, so be careful in ordering that. I ordered Mango fizz, 0 alcohol in it
The food was bland & the service was slow even though it wasn't busy. I had high expectations of this branch because of the one in St-Catherine but left disappointed. & why do they serve corn cheese only on the weekend if it's super easy to make? I don't recommend this kbbq
To celebrate our birthday we wanted to try a Korean bbq without going downtown. Personally, I was quite dissatisfied with the service & especially the food. Everything was tasteless including the soft drinks not enough syrup & whatnot. We only had one tiny sample of sauces so not enough to marinade the meat & it get all stick on the grill. Service was slow on a non busy Wednesday night & only 1 waiter but barely 3 tables. It was unfortunate, since the waiter was very welcoming & friendly. He was new so he overcharged us the weekend fare & it took almost 25 minutes to correct the situation over the phone with the manager/owner. There was no fan over any of the grills, so we left smelling burn meat on all of our clothing. The noodles were clearly from dollarama you could see the shape of cheap noodles & pizza felt frozen. A very disappointing experience for a special day but thankfully memorable being with friends. The bathroom can definitely be cleaner & the heat can be increased for seats next to the window cuz we were freezing. Not planning on going back to that place.
