1ère visite dans ce restaurant, mais pas dans un Bbq coréen. Nous avions une réservation à 18h. Nous sommes arrivés environ 10 minutes à l'avance, mais malgré cela, nous avons dû attendre au-delà de l'heure prévue. Sans aucune explication du fonctionnement avec le code Qr.

Une fois assis, le service à été très lent : plus de 20 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne nous voir. Pendant ce temps, aucun accueil, aucune eau.. rien pour nous indiquer ce qui se passait.

De plus, l'attitude du personnel laissait à désirer. Peu reseptif , une serveuse aucun sourire , & un manque évident d'aisance dans le service à la clientèle. À un moment, j'ai posé une question simple & la réaction de la serveuse m'a donné l'impression de déranger, ce qui est franchement inconfortable comme client.
Le service en restauration ne se limite pas à prendre une commande : l'accueil, la communication & l'expérience globale sont essentiels. Malheureusement, ce n'était pas au rendez-vous lors de notre visite.
