Bought a pate, had a friend pick it up for me. It gets to me uncooked with a weird red sauce in the corner of the box. She called to ask about it & they hung up on her. This is disappointing & disrespectful. Im extremely disappointed to the point that i will never order from them again.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile j'allais le faire, Ça fait deux fois que je demande des extra crevettes & ils ne les mettent pas, mais on me les fait quand même payer. Si j'avais voulu manger des saucisses, je l'aurais précisé. Vous voulez l'argent des gens mais vous ne respectez pas les commandes.
Demain matin, je vais venir vous rapporter ça. La dernière fois, vous aviez dit que c'était une erreur.
Là, j'ai commandé 3 pâtés au poulet, dont 2 au poulet, & un avec extra crevettes. J'ai bien précisé sans saucisse car je suis enceinte & je ne voulais pas de saucisse dans le troisième, mais j'ai reçu un pâté avec saucisse au lieu les crevettes compléments le contraire de ce que j'avais demandé.

Drove two hours for their paté only to find out the recipe changed from the first & second time I tried them. The lady at the counter could've been more patient as we were trying to order. Last time I came, it was a friendly man, but she needs to work on her customer service skills. Only accepted cash, so we had to find a nearby ATM'cause they don't have one in store. They didn't have change in their register. Idk if it's because we came an hour before closing time, but the ingredients didn't taste as fresh.
I'm not one to bash on smaller businesses, but the quality went down significantly, but not the prices. A shame'cause I really loved to go there whenever I'm in Montreal no matter the distance I have to drive :(
