About

Miss Pho offers a specialized selection of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, highlighting the intricate balance of fresh herbs and savory broths. The menu centers on traditional pho variations, featuring long-simmered stocks infused with star anise, ginger, and cinnamon. Patrons choose from an array of protein additions, including thinly sliced beef, tender meatballs, or fresh vegetables. Beyond the signature noodle soups, the kitchen prepares charcoal-grilled meat skewers served alongside aromatic jasmine rice or vermicelli. The establishment provides a functional, minimalist environment designed to emphasize the rapid preparation and delivery of steaming bowls. Every dish utilizes traditional seasonings such as fish sauce and chili paste to achieve distinct flavor profiles rooted in regional culinary practices. This focus on standard Vietnamese preparation techniques ensures consistent output across every served order for those seeking authentic Asian noodle dishes.

Cute interior & decent food! My fave dish was the Banh Xeo (viet pancake). Bun bo hue has a lighter flavour & isn't very spicy but still great comfort food on a rainy day 🌧️

As an Asian who likes to eat pho, I feel that the original soup is too sour, maybe this is because I am in Canada. Although the taste is not traditional enough, it is special & must be tried.

Excellent service & food! I pick up take-out about twice a week for the past year & I'm always pleased with my delicious food .

Great pho for a good price nowadays. Nothing complicated, went with a pho with rare beef, well done beef & tripe. Food was served quickly, the broth was delicious & there was plenty of meat. The only thing missing was cilantro, which I assume is taken out to cater to the local tastes, but hey, it is what it is.
