Simple & awesome food. The fact that this place doesn't have a line up out the door blows my mind. By far best pancake & best bacon in Montreal. Breakfast sandwich is also super tasty. Finally a breakfast place that lives up to the hype. Do yourself a favour if you live in Montreal check this place out.

The is a reason there will likely be line up. I literally ate 1/2 of the menu in one sitting. Amazing place to enjoy a great breakfast. I had the Millmans, the pancakes, the grill cheese & fried chicken. All of which are delicious. Highly recommended.
Delicieux ! La photo parle d'elle-même... & petit plus : le gérant est super avenant & sympa, il nous a conseillé sur la carte, mais aussi sur quoi faire à Montréal.
Updated again! They have sausage & besns now! Millmans has just opened but they are off to a great start. The menu is limited but the quality is there. Loved the thick-cut bacon, & tea in proper tea cups, & milk for the tea provided without asking for it. I will be a regular here! Good luck to Millmans & bon voyage! & now an update! The menu has steadily expanded providing more options, & they now have dessert too in the shape of pies! Just recently i have been mixing things up, so try the omelette with lox & avocado, or how about the smoked meat sandwich with a couple if eggs added? The locally-sourced sour dough bread mixes with the mustard & perfectly cooked eggs to create a messy, satisfying 5 star 🌟 experience.
Trop chère pour ce que c'est. Un peu plus d'1h pour nous servir & quelques boissons ont été oubliés (On a du aller les chercher nous même)... Les plats ne sont pas copieux au vu du prix. Les pancakes sont un peu fades si on les goutent seuls. Les extras font un peu peines à voir...

Got the millman meal & the pancakes. Waited about 45 minutes. They forgot about us at our table (they came up to us & said'do you want to order anything else' when all we had was an ice tea & tea. They told us they were out of potatoes.. which is acceptable.. but the pancakes had a hair in them. Even though we weren't charged for them because of it.. I can safely say we will not be coming back & they made an awful first impression.
Long wait Meh service Great vibe Ok food but pricey for what it is One at our table couldn't get the meal they wanted since they ran out of the item FOH dude was awesome though Tldr: overhyped, mid at best
They are understaffed & the space is pretty small, so there are long waits, but the food is worth the wait! I had the pancakes & the potatoes. Potatoes are amazing, pancakes are good but not as fluffy as expected. The grilled cheese & breakfast sandwich looked incredible. I'll be back.

Simple delicious Never had anything bad here. The staff is very nice & efficient & it's cool that you can make your own plate out of all the sides I appreciate that a lot. Please add a small fruit bowl to the sides menu & you'll be unbeatable !
Le Millman breakfast was unbelievable!! We shared a pancake at the suggestion of the waitress & it was fluffy inside & crispy around the edges!! The fried chicken sandwich is a must & you have to get the home fries with it because they top them with everything bagel seasoning!! We had a bloody Caesar & mimosa ( well, 3 each!!!) & they were on point!
The 2 servers felt like friends even though it was our first time here & don't even get me started on the cook!!! She was so funny & engaging & I really want to be her friend....so we will just come back!!
Sit at the bar, it is a definite vibe & so fun!!
