Si on ne m'avait pas suggéré l'adresse, j'aurais pu passer à côté : sur la rue, l'enseigne n'est pas large. Je suis heureux de m'y être arrêté pour goûter (entre autres) à leurs pancakes qui, même nature, sont délicieux ! Le café filtre est infusé avec des grains moulus (broyés) au fur & à mesure. C'est très appréciable.
Service was perfect, as well as the place. We had the pancakes & the avocado toast. Pancakes were perfect (choco-banana) bu the toast was a bit peculiar (sweet). A bit pricey but aligned with mtl prices

Commentaire plus constructif que négatif, mais l'expérience fut extrêmement miné par l'attitude du chef de cuisine envers le reste du personnel en service. La pression s'est fait sentir du comptoir, que ce sois dans l'attitude des serveurs ou dans la nourriture. Ayant moi même travaillé dans le milieu, il m'a fait grand peine de voir le climat dans lequel travaillait les employés. Cela s'est traduit dans le service par des viande froide, & des pancakes sous cuit, dense & pâteux. De plus, je ne critique pas la simplicité du menu mais plutôt les prix aberrant. L'assiette Milleman à 20$, qui pourrais être recrée pour pratiquement le même prix, en sélectionnant individuellement les extra de la carte, ne fait à mes yeux aucun sens. Une expérience somme toute décevante à mes yeux, considérant l'ambiance, la déco & le branding pourtant absolument excellent.
We had an unfortunate experience at this cute diner. Slow service & the food was poor. I had pancakes that were flavourless, like eating paste. My husband had fried chicken sandwich. The fried chicken was mostly batter, the oil used to fry the chicken was old, so the chicken had a'burnt' taste to it. We were so looking forward to eating here, but all in all it was very disappointing & we will not return. There are better restaurants to frequent on Wellington.
This place is nice. I sat outside & was handed the menu. It says the meals offered but there's no description listed which leave you wondering what you're going to get. We need more details put in the menu..i had to ask what the Millman's was. That is annoying for any client to have to ask about every single item. I ordered just that this time, the Millmans.The eggs were very good as was the bacon. There was no jam or butter served with the bread which would have been better. The patatoes were good but way too finely chopped..it hives the impression that wanted to stretch their profitability a little too much..it felt like there was no potatoe on the plate at all..i finished eating this meal & it was good just not copious enough for the price paid, It wasn't a generous plate but it was tasty. 2 pieces of bacon is a little minimalist although of very good. quality..it lacked the missing 3rd piece.I know bacon's expensive to offer that but still. After eating the Millman's though, I was still kind of hungry. The coffee..ohh boy..for some reason it was very very watery & acidic & very bitter..it tasted like an inexpensive coffee blend..this is maybe a question of personal taste..was told it was a Brazilian blend..tasted more like dishwater coffee than anything found in Brazil..the taste was not to my liking at all for some reason although the reviews were quite nice about it..I asked & it might be how the blend is torrified.. I tried adding more sugar but nothing made it taste better.It gave me upset stomach so I passed on the refill. Maybe i got the bottom of the coffee pot or something. I know that certain restaurants try to save money on the blend they offer clients & cut products to look pretty on a plate..but the end result is disgusting coffee to go with a so so meal thst isn't memorable or distinctive & no client wants that. If you go on the cheap for certain things for profit, someone will notice & might not come back. The 2 bad things of this visit, bad coffee & minced potatoe pieces so small you have a feeling your eating spoonfuls of air. I would try this place again, the service is good. I think i'll go for pancakes a next time & no coffee because that blend is just horrible in my opinion. This felt overpriced for what I got this time. They need to offer decent quantity & size of hash browns for the cost. I know people like how beautiful this place is, & it us very nice but i rather have a decent quality of good at a decent price. The food & service are the most important things. I hate to say it but the coffee & portions is much better for the cost & value in other restaurants really closer by on the Well. I don't know if the hype about this place is justified. It seems overrated for what it is.

1st time visiting & it was honestly amazing. Both the service & food were excellent! the pancakes were so delicious, the bacon was also amazing. Totally coming back!!
Very cute & intimate interior. The service was really good & friendly! The potatoes are really tasty & the pancakes are not too sweet & fluffy. I recommend this place for a casual brunch
Heard about this place through social media & had to come. Seems like it's always got a steady amount of people coming & going so be prepared for line possibly. The food tasted great. I love how Millmans has actual thick bacon & their pancakes were awesome. It just seems based off the pictures some people get more strawberry jam than others. My only complaint would be that so if you find yourself wanting more I guess you have to ask. Other that great little breakfast place to go to once or twice a yea
Tried Millmans for brunch The interior is really cute! Loved the vibes We tried the millman platter & added bacon salmon & avocado. Everything was so delicious, fresh & well presented. La devanture rose attire le regard & comme un papillon attiré par la lumière, j'y suis entré. La place est magnifiquement décoré, amateur de vintage, je vous conseille la place, c'est comme si on retournait dans les années 60. Le menu est sobre, affiché aux yeux de tous, pancakes, omelettes, bacon font la job, bon, chaud, réconfortant.
Super endroit à essayer! Nous avons partagé les pancakes & j'ai essayé le toast aux champis. Contrairement à la majorité des restos brunch, le café filtre est fait à partir de grains fraîchement moulus. Le service était également super sympathique. Bref, que de bons mots!
I always try to be fair & will again today. It was probably what we ordered that was not at par because other's food looked good. In our case, stay away from Pancakes. It was tasteless. It did not even look like pancakes. Coffee was good.

Great staff, music & food ! All the menu options looked good. I had the pancakes this time, a hit. Service was attentive, which I appreciated. I'll be back to try more of the menu.
Simple & awesome food. The fact that this place doesn't have a line up out the door blows my mind. By far best pancake & best bacon in Montreal. Breakfast sandwich is also super tasty. Finally a breakfast place that lives up to the hype. Do yourself a favour if you live in Montreal check this place out.
The is a reason there will likely be line up. I literally ate 1/2 of the menu in one sitting. Amazing place to enjoy a great breakfast. I had the Millmans, the pancakes, the grill cheese & fried chicken. All of which are delicious. Highly recommended.
Trop chère pour ce que c'est. Un peu plus d'1h pour nous servir & quelques boissons ont été oubliés (On a du aller les chercher nous même)... Les plats ne sont pas copieux au vu du prix. Les pancakes sont un peu fades si on les goutent seuls. Les extras font un peu peines à voir...
