Our waitress was amazing! Rachelle gave us such a great service! I'd come back just for her! I almost never leave reviews too but the service was just that good!

Alex bon serveur, les cotes levés étaient vraiment bon & les frites 10/10. Le mule fruit de la passion était un bon accompagnement au repas.

We had such a lovely experience last night. Our waitress Rachel was exceptional - warm, attentive, & genuinely thoughtful from start to finish.
She anticipated what we needed without ever hovering, offered great recommendations, & made the whole evening feel relaxed & enjoyable.
& the food? It was great, especially the fettuccine with blacked chicken. & she recommended mojito with a dash of passion fruit; so good, we ordered it twice.
Will surely return!

Nous revenons du Milestones, une expérience des plus agréable...L'accueil, le service impeccable de Mia, le souci évident d'Alex qui s'est assuré de notre satisfaction &...que dire des plats, de l'entrée au dessert, un pur régal. Nous reviendrons avec des amis.

A good vibe restaurant. Over the food that is amazing , all the environnement make you feel welcome & confortable. Very kind & beautiful team. Can't wait for the terrace open! Weekend favorite.

Food is okay, nothing special. Service was also okay. Mocktail (passion fruit mojito) to my surprise, was delicious & not too expensive. It does get loud so it's not a good spot for catch-up conversations.

Really enjoyable meal & experience - great atmosphere & Lexie was a great waitress that looked after our family really well & made the evening go so smoothly. Food was prepared well & would fully recommend the restaurant - congratulations on what you have created at RoyalMount.

Unfortunately, this New Year's Eve dinner was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we were seated in a corner & immediately noticed filthy, stained menus. After some time, a man poured water for us but didn't introduce himself. Later, we realized he was also our server. While generally courteous, there was no introduction or basic attentiveness.
We ordered the Wednesday date-night special (appetizer, two mains, & dessert). The appetizer was good, but the mains were not. Both steaks were ordered medium-mine arrived medium-rare (confirmed by the server), & my date's steak was so chewy she couldn't finish it. We were also charged for a sauce without being informed there was an added fee.
After finishing what we could, we waited 10-15 minutes for our server, who never returned. Eventually, another server, Kevin, informed us the previous server (Alex) had gone home. Kevin was noticeably more professional, kind, & attentive. He promptly brought us a dessert menu, which we had been waiting to order. The lime pie we chose was average. We were later told Alex had been given our table near the end of his shift, which explains the lack of service.
Overall, I won't be dining at this location again. It's unfortunate to receive service that didn't merit gratuity, yet not tipping felt like reinforcing an unfair stereotype-especially during the holidays.
That said, there's always room to improve, & I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

Every meal extremely spicy. Mushroom soup - spicy. Pasta- spicy. We cannot eat such a spicy food. Impossible to bring kids - they will not eat spicy food.
