Food is okay, nothing special. Service was also okay. Mocktail (passion fruit mojito) to my surprise, was delicious & not too expensive. It does get loud so it's not a good spot for catch-up conversations.

Really enjoyable meal & experience - great atmosphere & Lexie was a great waitress that looked after our family really well & made the evening go so smoothly. Food was prepared well & would fully recommend the restaurant - congratulations on what you have created at RoyalMount.

Unfortunately, this New Year's Eve dinner was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we were seated in a corner & immediately noticed filthy, stained menus. After some time, a man poured water for us but didn't introduce himself. Later, we realized he was also our server. While generally courteous, there was no introduction or basic attentiveness.

We ordered the Wednesday date-night special (appetizer, two mains, & dessert). The appetizer was good, but the mains were not. Both steaks were ordered medium-mine arrived medium-rare (confirmed by the server), & my date's steak was so chewy she couldn't finish it. We were also charged for a sauce without being informed there was an added fee.

After finishing what we could, we waited 10-15 minutes for our server, who never returned. Eventually, another server, Kevin, informed us the previous server (Alex) had gone home. Kevin was noticeably more professional, kind, & attentive. He promptly brought us a dessert menu, which we had been waiting to order. The lime pie we chose was average. We were later told Alex had been given our table near the end of his shift, which explains the lack of service.

Overall, I won't be dining at this location again. It's unfortunate to receive service that didn't merit gratuity, yet not tipping felt like reinforcing an unfair stereotype-especially during the holidays.

That said, there's always room to improve, & I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

Every meal extremely spicy. Mushroom soup - spicy. Pasta- spicy. We cannot eat such a spicy food. Impossible to bring kids - they will not eat spicy food.

First off my family & I came to visit Montreal from Ontario. We decided to try Milestones. We couldn't find the restaurant as there was no signs. Thankfully when my husband called the restaurant the hostess stayed on the phone with us giving us directions until we got there.
The establishment only serves coca cola ,ginger ale,ice tea,water or alcohol. So my husband didn't have a drink. Our appetizers were good. Good portions were very small,prices were outrageous. The fries tasted like they were cooked in ransid oil. My husband's steak sandwich tasted like there was balsamic vinegar in it. I ordered a lemonade & never ever got it but the waitress tried to bill me for it,didn't hand me my bill she started loading the debit machine when my husband asked if we could see the bill,that's when I noticed the lemonade was on there. When I told the waitress it needed to be removed because I never received it she gave me a real nasty look. Then we had to wait about 20 minutes for them to fix the bill. Regardless this place is not worth the price....first time trying it & sadly will be the last.

Nice place...wasnt too many people at the time I was there. Server was very nice. Food was good. dessert was good, atmosphere was ok...Canadians game was on. Would definately try again

I had an amazing experience here! The food was cooked absolutely to perfection, full of flavor, & beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, & made the whole visit even better. I'll definitely be coming back!

Dinner for four with cocktails to start. Nice restaurant with fast friendly service. Drinks were delicious & food was tasty too! Would recommend it as you can park at Royalmount.

Was there in a Friday night. Restaurant was full. Vibe was great, the music was fantastic (they had a dj) we had Lexi serving us; she was so sweet. She was attentive & kind! Unfortunately the food was not good. We were a group of 8 & nobody really like their mains. Appetizers & drinks were great!

2nd time around. A little longer wait time just to get our orders, especially after being told that table was reserved for 7:30 pm giving us about 1hr30 mins. A little confusion with the menu as the Table D'Hote was still attached to the menu despite only being served up until 4pm, after discussing with service, there was a lack of accountability to acknowledge the mistake. Also, a little proactive in knowing the menus being served would be appreciated; ordered the kids menu & had to order the complementary drinks. Overall, the food was still tasty & the issues were resolved.

This is my third & last time eating at a Milestones. Went twice to the West Island location & only the first time was ok. First time to this location & honestly, it's a real disappointment. Our waitress Gabrielle was friendly & attentive. Since service wasn't the issue, it was ultimately the food. I'm done with these restaurants that serve mediocre food at expensive prices. My burger tasted like Harvey's. The meat had NO beef flavour & had the consistency of being full of filler. I went for the Caesar salad as the side over the fries & that was a big mistake. Not only was the salad tiny but again flavourless. My wife had the shrimp noodle bowl & halfway through her meal realized that they forgot the shrimps. We packed up the rest of her food & they added the missing shrimps. Imagine making her go through that & the meal wasn't even comped. My buddy also had a burger & ate half of it complaining that it wasn't worth eating. Can't believe how they have 4.4 stars. A big pass on any future Milestones visits. Save your money & go somewhere worthy of your hard earned dollar. We have so many options!! Oh, by the way, in case you decide to go, make sure you don't break a leg walking into the restaurant as the square pavers lining the entrance & tipping & badly installed making it treacherous to walk in.
