Le point positif le Smoke Meat très bon, sauf le service pourri, 3 personne différente qui nous sert, la première serveuse nous demande si ont voulais de l'eau, elle & arriver avec une cruche, l'eau était chaude, le service extrêmement long, ont était sur la terrasse juste trois tables pleines seulement, manque de cohérence, d'expérience alors sur 10 je donne 4/10

J'aurais donné 0 étoile. J'ai demandé des explications de façon polie concernant un désaccord, & on m'a répondu : « C'est quoi ton problème ? » & « Si tu n'es pas content, tu peux quitter. »
Je trouve cela très insultant en tant que client. Je ne retournerai plus jamais à cet endroit.

Usually not a big fan of bars, but ill make an exception for this one, i had a great time today. The guitarists they had on stage were fantastic!
The old fashioned was a bit too strong for my taste, but thats about it. I have no complaints about my time there.

It was a very disappointing experience.
We walked in to a mainly empty bar, but every table was reserved.

We found two empty seats at the bar but immediately, the bartender told us they were too busy to serve us (again, the bar had maybe 10 people in it).
She said we can sit outside but we would be waiting a long time.
So, I asked if we could order a beer now & take it outside. She said no, that we had to sit outside & wait.

So we left.

Overall, it was a pretty insulting experience. Just go to one of the other breweries in the region, there are plenty & they will welcome you in a more appropriate way.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon as a party of 4 & waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us with no acknowledgement. There were 3 tables inside & 1 outside seated with people, far from busy. Finally we went up to 2 empty bar seats. Bartender came over to legitimately say if we wanted beers we'd have a wait a long time to be served ('we don't have time to serve you'). We asked if we could order at the bar ourselves & go sit at a table outside & were told the same thing. We left & won't be back.

Endroit agréable & en général les bières y sont bonne ! staff toujours débordé & sa donne que faut être patient pour le services & pour la bouffe oublier ça ! sa prend un éternité & c'est pas terrible ! selon moi l'albion a joliette fait bien mieux côté bouffe & services ! Dommage car j'aime encourager local !
