Reviews describe Messorem as a lively craft brewery with a vast beer list, standout IPAs, and a welcoming, energetic vibe. The large outdoor terrace and a heated indoor space provide ample seating year round, and the canal-side setting with plenty of picnic tables makes it a must stop for summer cyclists. Food is pub style and solid, with favorites like buffalo chicken poutine and a smash burger, though some would like more sauce options or greater variety. The atmosphere is family- and dog-friendly, and big screens for hockey games add to the convivial mood. Service is friendly and efficient, but peak times can mean long lines at the bar and, in some areas, no table service. Merch, design, and a strong brewing program further elevate Messorem as a top spot for beer lovers, especially in the summertime.
Great outdoor space, massive beer list that is very impressive. All beers were great. It is a must visit when in Montreal. Great walk along the canal to get there! Bravo A+++
I love this place! This is one of the places I was looking forward to trying the most for our trip to Montreal & it did not disappoint. The outdoor area is so nice & I love all of the plants inside. There's a beer for everyone here & while we didn't try the food it looked & smelled great. Would 10/10 recommend :) they have a lot of nice merch as well
One of the best spots to have a drink outdoors in Montreal! Awesome yard with tables to sit. Good atmosphere & music. The local beers & spirits are awesome. Would highly recommend you go & see for yourself (try the beer slush)
Best brewery/terrace in the city. Great vibe, excellent beers, & delicious food. Can't recommend it enough, especially in the summer. Added bonus of being dog friendly!
Great spot to chill & have a beer. No real alcoholic options for those who don't like beer. Friendly staff, let my GF try a few products before ordering
