Première expérience chez Med Pizza à Sainte-Hyacinthe. Les plats étaient vraiment copieux, rien à dire sur la qualité de la nourriture. Les portions sont généreuses & on repart clairement satisfait.

Par contre, le temps d'attente a été assez long pour un dîner. Quand on a seulement une heure pour manger & qu'il faut attendre environ 25 à 30 minutes avant de recevoir son plat, ça devient un peu limite. Malgré cela, la qualité des repas compense largement & l'expérience demeure positive. J'y retournerais probablement, mais dans un moment où je serai moins pressé.

J'ai appeler pour une livraison a 17h45.

18h05, ma commande n'est toujours pas la.

J'appelle & on me réponds: votre commande est en route.
18h25, j'ai toujours pas ma commande.

Au restaurant, on me dit qu'il avait compris que la livraison était a 18h45.

Comment la serveuse peut me mentir de son erreur alors qu'elle me dit 20 minutes plus tot qu'elle est route.

Très décu du service.

Extrêmement déçue. J'ai commandé un hamburger & une frite sauce pour emporter. Pour le hamburger,je devais avoir le 1/4 d'une pomme de salade..ok ,ça passe. Mais la boulette était tellement salée! Pour la frite sauce,bien il manquait....la sauce! Pas même une seule goutte! Pourtant, c'est bien écrit frite sauce sur la facture. En passant,j'ai appellé pour leur dire. La réponse de la serveuse: ah! je vais chicaner les cuisniers! That's it! J'pense pas d'y retourner! Dommage!

J'étais prêt(e) à payer un supplément de 10 $ afin d'avoir exactement ce que je voulais dans ma commande. Toutefois, la personne à la réception m'a répondu de manière impolie & peu professionnelle, en me disant qu'aucune modification n'était possible, sans réelle explication. Le ton utilisé était irrespectueux & l'échange a été très ordinaire.
Je comprends qu'il puisse y avoir des politiques internes, mais la façon dont on m'a parlé est inacceptable. Un minimum de courtoisie & d'écoute est attendu envers les clients.
