Je suis allé chez Max Poutine à Victoriaville & j'ai décidé d'essayer leur lasagne au lieu d'une poutine.
Globalement, le plat était correct : la sauce était goûteuse & la portion généreuse comme d'habitude dans ce resto. Par contre, je trouve qu'il manquait clairement de fromage. Ça manquait de fondant & de ce petit côté filant & riche qu'on attend d'une bonne lasagne. Avec un peu plus de fromage (ou une couche supplémentaire), ça aurait été vraiment meilleur !
Le service était rapide & l'accueil chaleureux, comme toujours chez Max Poutine. Je retournerai sûrement… mais pour une poutine la prochaine fois ! 😊
