Très très déçu de ma dernière visite,un ans c'était écoulé depuis que j'étais venue & c'était la dernière fois…
L'attitude des employés & le manque de sourire constant rendent les visites moins fréquentes..
Gros manque de respect envers les clients & honnêtement rien de ce que j'ai acheté(2 croissants aux amandes,2 baguettes & 2 croissants beurre pour 32$) étaient frais…
Tout était sec & avait tout le même goût de graisse,pas mangeable,j'ai tout jeté…
J'ai communiqué avec eux pour faire parts de la situation & ont m'a presque chicaner & été très désagréable & impoli lors de l'appel…

Pour mon anniversaire, ma fille commande un gâteau avec un glaçage pâte d'amande,ne connaissant pas le domaine des glaçages elle se fait répondre que le nom pour ça est chantilly. Clairement ils ne savent pas distinguer une pâte d'amande versus une crème fouettée.

Ma mère désirait un gâteau à la vanille , crémage au beurre, sirop de kirsch & pâte d'amande. Elle cherchait à en avoir un depuis longtemps de qualité! Le crémage était réellement au beurre & il y avait du sirop de kirsch. Bref, satisfaction garantie & ils ont très bien répondu à nos critères! ( même si le prix était tout de même élevé, pour voir la satisfaction d'une personne qui s'y connaît en cuisine, c'était très plaisant) Je recommande!
