C'était la première fois que j'allais à cet endroit & j'ai adoré la nourriture. La poutine italienne & la pizza étaient excellentes. La sauce tomate était vraiment bonne & réconfortante.

Les prix ont augmenté de 10-15% alors que rien ne justifie cette augmentation. En plus la musique est désagréable & beaucoup trop forte & le service est ordinaire. Baissez vos prix ou vous allez perdre vos meilleurs clients !

J'ai appelé après une heure d'attente pour savoir quand arriverait ma commande & le «boss» me répond que j'ose les appeler pour demander ça alors qu'on m'avait dit que ça serait 1h d'attente (on ne me l'avait pas dit) alors il m'a dit qu'il annulait ma commande & m'a raccroché au nez.
Je suis client depuis de nombreuses années, la qualité avait légèrement diminuée, mais je m'en contentais tout de même vu le statue de l'institution & le respect que j'avais pour l'établissement. Mais manquer de respect comme ça envers une famille, je ne comprends pas.
La restauration est un service, une plus valu dans nos vies & je ne peux pas comprendre qu'on manque de professionnalisme à ce point. J'ai essayé de rappeler pour reparler au patron & on me dit qu'il n'est pas disponible & je le comprend, mais il prend quand même le temps de manquer de respect à un client.

Bravo !!

Je n'ai jamais fait & je ne ferai probablement plus jamais de critique négative envers un restaurant, parce que je respecte beaucoup trop le métier, mais je ne pouvais passer à côté de ce manque de respect envers la profession.

I've been ordering pizza from this restaurant for years it really dropped in quality & quantity & price went super high look at the difference 1 picture is now & 2nd is before I would show my friends the amazing pizza I would eat now I'm very disappointed
