Marché Hung Phat serves up one of the best banh mi sandwiches I've ever had in Canada! The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft inside, & the fillings were fresh & flavorful, with just the right balance of meats, pickled veggies, & a hint of spice. Each bite had that perfect mix of crunch & savory goodness. It was so good that I couldn't leave without ordering another one to take back to Vancouver! If you're in the area & craving authentic Vietnamese flavors, Marché Hung Phat is a must-visit!
We've been getting our Banh MI from this store for over 12+ years & still remains the best in town. We know it's very good when most people from tournaments place a group order of 50+ sandwiches as lunch & snack! Please continue to make great Banh MI for a very long time & have a successful business! My personal favorite is the chicken & my wife is the beef. You can't go wrong with any flavours. Encore à ce jour, après 10 ans de fréquentation, les sandwichs Banh mi sont ici mes préférés sur l'île de Montréal. Le service est très rapide. Les cafés glacés vietnamiens sont aussi dans les meilleurs qu'on peut retrouver dans la quartier. Les plats préparés dans les frigos valent aussi le détour, tant pour les saveurs que pour les prix.
It used to be the best banhmi in Montreal, but lately, they reduced the length of the bread, the quantity of meat is ridiculously less, & they raised the price.
Meilleur bamhi en ville ! Attention juste au prix qui fait que monter depuis 2 ans.. 4,95 -> 6,95 maintenant & de moins en moins de légumes /corriandre je remarque... mais sinon excellent!
