We had a delicious ice cream at Marché Artisans! Everything tasted fresh & flavorful. Suzie was incredibly kind, welcoming, & friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Her excellent customer service & warm attitude really stood out. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Montreal!

There's a fridge of ice cream near the coffee shop. It's a perfect spot for a snack.

Extremely slow service. They do not follow the order of orders. Four employees there but none are actually working. Basically just talking instead of serving people... so much that they didn't complete my order & had to remind them. Do not go there if you are in a hurry.

Amazing customer service, honestly beyond expectations. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, & happy to help. I tried several pastries & loved every single one. I enjoy desserts but usually don't like them overly sweet, & these were just perfect: balanced, flavorful, & not too sugary. I have been here thrice & will definitely be coming back!
