The food was excellent! We tried different types of manakeesh (za'atar, jibneh, & lahm bi ajeen), & they were all delicious.

Unfortunately, the service was the worst part of the experience.

We ended up being about 30 minutes late because we had no idea how long our order would take. When you place an order, there is no indication of the expected wait time. When I first entered the shop, it looked empty, so I assumed the order would be ready quickly. Later, I realized many customers were calling ahead & only coming in to pick up their orders, which explained why it was taking longer. A simple estimate or explanation would have helped.

The cashier also had very little patience & didn't explain anything. We had questions about the packaging because we were doing a picnic with guests, but instead of answering, she made me feel like I should already know. As a first-time customer, I expected a bit more guidance & a friendlier attitude.

The food was definitely worth it, but the customer service needs significant improvement.

Very disappointed with the service today. We came around 9:30 a.m. on a weekend, & the girl serving customers (the one wearing makeup..I don't know her name) was visibly angry & frustrated about having too many orders!! Hello what are you expecting?! She was frowning the entire time, answering customers & workers with an attitude without even looking at them, & speaking disrespectfully.
Honestly, as an Arab myself, it's especially disappointing to see an Arab-owned place in Canada represented this way.. We should be giving people a good impression of our community, not making customers feel like they're bothering us by coming in!!

Having customers & orders is literally the job.. If someone doesn't feel like serving people that day, they shouldn't be at the front serving customers.. Very disappointed
