Review Summary

Mango Tropical is widely praised for its fresh, flavorful menu and vibrant atmosphere, with many customers highlighting the delicious mango treats, smoothies, and friendly, welcoming service. While most guests have excellent experiences, some feedback indicates occasional issues with food preparation, such as unbalanced ingredient portions or bland seasoning, and a few guests find certain items to be on the pricier side. Overall, the establishment is frequently recommended as a delightful spot for tropical-inspired snacks, provided that visitors are prepared for potential wait times during busy periods.

Good smoothie & Elote

Service is awesome overall, smoothies are great.
However, there was way too much mayonnaise on the mango style esquite I ordered, which made it unedible, had to throw it away

I got some nachos to go with it, they were ok, but the meat was very bland, would be much better if seasoned mexican-style, or if they added beans to it aswell.

Also, i ordered strawberry & banana crepes, but only received strawberries on it.
The chocolate on the crepes was also not the best, had some sort of burnt aftertaste.

Hopefully this feedback is received as constructive & i'll have a better experience next time!

Best place ever for smoothies

I visited Mango Tropical a few weeks ago & grabbed a'Pina Colada' & a'Mango' smoothie.

The worker was in the process of grabbing ingredients out of the fridge when she suddenly dropped a cup & a container of something onto the floor; she picked up the fallen items & put them back into the fridge (she swept the fallen food into the trash) but never washed her hands or the kitchenware afterwards. I was not super comfortable with her cleanliness but I was looking forward to the smoothies.

The Pina Colada was okay & it had some flavor to it (but nothing extraordinary) however the mango smoothie was just bland. I think the Pina colada had a syrup or flavoring added to it but the mango smoothie was just frozen mangos (likely culprit is the poor quality of mangos they use). To add to this, I also found what I believe was an eye lash in the mango smoothie.

Lastly I ended it with an Elote Loco which was surprisingly underwhelming, the corn was bland & the takis chips they added on top were stale. Earlier when the worker was dressing the corn , some of the mayo fell onto the table. In hindsight I hope their tables are clean because she took some of that raw mayo that was on the table & put it back on the corn (which is odd). Overall I wasn't pleased with the food & or the cleanliness but I hope your experience is different.

I love how this place is bringing a touch of Mexican refresco's into the smoothie/dessert space for Montreal. I've been to Mexico a few times & have great appreciation for their culture & cuisine. It's a great twist of Mexican flavour & modern presentation. Limited seating as this is a small space. The prices are alright, don't expect it to reflect what you'd find in Mexico. I like how they incorporate fruit pieces into the drinks. I'm not crazy about the tajin stuff so I stayed away from it but just to see it in Canada made me happy.

Le smoothie était un pur délice en revanche le service zéro. Aucune amabilité ni sens du service de la part de la vendeuse. J'y retournerai mais pas question que je donne un pourboire pour un service aussi pourri

Had an amazing ramen, this coming from an asian guy. As for the smoothie, it's as fresh as it comes. Strongly recommended!!!
