Je suis très déçue de mon expérience aujourd'hui dans votre restaurant.

Une employée nous a demandé de changer de table. Je lui ai expliqué calmement que je ne pouvais pas m'installer à l'autre table parce qu'elle était juste sous la climatisation & qu'il faisait trop froid. Malgré mon refus, elle a insisté, puis elle a demandé à une collègue d'intervenir. Cette dernière est venue nous parler sur un ton autoritaire, sans même dire « s'il vous plaît ». Elle ne savait pas s'adresser aux clients avec respect & parlait d'une manière très impolie. Son attitude ne reflète pas le professionnalisme que l'on attend d'une serveuse.

Nous nous sommes senties très mal à l'aise & avons finalement décidé de quitter le restaurant sans manger.

Un bon service ne dépend pas seulement de la qualité de la nourriture, mais aussi de la façon dont les clients sont traités. Avec ce genre de comportement, vous risquez malheureusement de perdre beaucoup de clients. Pour ma part, je ne reviendrai plus.
