The food was delicious. Service was great. Not a flashy place, feels quite authentic.
Chill Korean restaurant with a lot of options on the menu. Perhaps some items are a hit or miss. The gamjatang was very good, generous portions with the pork bones with a good mix of lean & fatty meat & tendon. The salmon teriyaki was okay, & the BBQ eel was surprisingly tasty. I really enjoyed the fried chicken, it was very crispy & well seasoned without too much batter. The banchan that was served was decent, the braised potatoes & bean spirits were my favourite. Overall, worth coming if you have a craving for Korean food, & looking for an affordable option!
Please note that I ordered the bulgogi through Uber eats at the end of the night. For a restaurant called Maison Bulgogi, the Bulgogi was pretty bad. It was juuuust okay enough to be edible. We live in a city with incredible Korean fusion cuisine. The competition is stiff & I think the owners & chef should take a trip around the city to see what the current culinary landscape looks like for Korean food in Montreal. Do not recommend.
Not as great as before. It gets a little bit old. Before COVID we used to go there all the time. It was cleaner. This place needs a little bit of clean up. My pork bone soup was delicious. But not the beef :(
